If you wish to cancel any order placed with clickontofashion.com you have seven working days commencing the day following delivery to exercise cancellation rights. You must take reasonable care of the product while in your possession and arrange for the product to be suitably re-packaged and returned to the boutique from which the product was purchased. Please ensure that you have proof of postage and a relevant tracking number. Goods which are not received or have not been shipped via a traceable method, will not be refunded. The relevant boutique will then inform clickontofashion.com that you require a refund and this transaction will be made by Google Checkout as quickly as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. In the case of products being received by 'you' in a damaged condition, then return shipping will be paid for by the boutique. Clickontofashion.com will not be responsible for any postage charges.
